Sachertorte

Sachertorte is a sponge cake that combines chocolate sponge, apricot jam, and a chocolate glaze. It was invented by the Austrian confectioner Franz Sacher in the mid-19th century. The ingredients include butter, chocolate, eggs, flour, and sugar.
